VoLTE (Voice over LTE) is the technology that provides voice service for your phone. Not only does VoLTE provide superior voice quality, it allows you to enjoy voice and data simultaneously. 

The following may only be applicable to Android users.

Accessing Old Voicemails

Old voicemails will still be accessible by dialing 435-823-9090

To Set Up Your Voicemail Again

Please do the following steps:

1. Dial the number associated with the cell phone
2. Upon calling this number, you will be prompted to create a 4-8 digit pin
3. Once this is complete, you will be asked to record a greeting followed by your name
   • You can later choose to use a standard greeting through your voicemail:
     • iPhone: option 3, then 4
     • Android: option 3, then 3
   • To activate Visual Voicemail on iPhone, you will need to call yourself from a different phone and leave a couple of test voicemails

To Change Voicemail Number to Customer Phone Number

Please do the following steps:

1. Tap on the three dots on the right-hand side
2. Choose Settings
3. Choose Voicemail
4. Edit Voicemail number to match customer phone number
