What is the ACP?
The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is designed to help keep families connected to the internet. Qualified households can receive a monthly credit of up to $30/mo. (up to $75/mo. for customers in Tribal lands) towards their internet service and a one-time discount of up to $100 on a qualifying device.
How can I qualify?
You may qualify for a discount if you participate in any one of these government benefit programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)
- Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
- Veterans Pension and Survivors Benefit
- Free and Reduced-Price School Lunch Program or School Breakfast Program
- Received a Federal Pell Grant in the current award year
OR
- Your income is 200% or less than the Federal Poverty Guidelines

What is Lifeline?
Lifeline is a federal program that helps lower the cost of your monthly phone or internet bill for qualifying customers. Customers may receive up to $12.75 off their landline phone or internet service. If you live on federally recognized Tribal Lands, you may receive an additional discount toward your service.
How can I qualify?
You may qualify for a discount if you participate in any one of these government benefit programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Federal Public Housing Assistance (FPHA)
